The recent arrival of Beanstalk Business Support CIC, a new organisation, established back in June this year, is delighted to be partnering up with Myerscough College to support on the Ag Net Zero Challenge. Beanstalk is looking forward to supporting project compliance, undertaking future bidding/tender opportunities, and taking an active approach to marketing the project. In addition, the collection of data, administrative duties, and organizing meetings will be another significant part of this opportunity.

The Myerscough College Ag Net Zero Challenge is a program that helps farmers reduce their carbon emissions, and it also coaches young people and adults about sustainable farming practices. The goal of this initiative is to help the Government’s plan to become carbon neutral by 2050.

“We enthusiastically and actively seek to support organisations whose purpose benefits the environment, so we are really pleased to be supporting Myerscough College in their Ag Net Zero Challenge” Says Kerry Stevens, Founder and Director of Beanstalk Business Support.

Beanstalk Business Support CIC is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to make a difference, benefit society, and positively impact communities. Beanstalk provides business support and training to help start-ups, not-for-profit organisations, self-employed, and SMEs manage their businesses to become stronger, sustainable, and profitable.

“I’m delighted that we’re working with the team at Beanstalk Business Support. They offer a unique approach to employer engagement and an innovative one for working with the wider community. They work closely on projects to gain a deeper understanding of what’s needed.” Says Andrea Gardner, Head of Agricultural Projects, Myerscough College.

At the beginning of Beanstalk’s journey, the team found that there were many not-for-profit organizations and small business owners, who are experts in their fields, but juggle lots of administrative duties. Beanstalk helps businesses to stay on task by taking care of their administration for them.

“Small local businesses are an integral part of any community – inspiring pride in residents, securing strong community bonds and creating a thriving local economy with local jobs. So, when we see our small businesses flourish, it’s a win/win for everyone,” says Kerry.
